Bassetts has been named as Northern Ireland’s Merchant of the Year for the fourth time.
The company’s relentless drive for improvement and expansion has once again been recognised with the top award. Part of the internationally renowned Saint-Gobain Group, Bassetts has a network of 16 branches across Northern Ireland and an ongoing investment programme has reaffirmed the company’s steady growth over the past 40 years and its position as Northern Ireland’s largest plumbing and heating supplier.
This year’s judging process included a branch visit by an independent assessor and Bassetts put forward the newlook Lisburn branch to reflect the company’s values.
The judges were suitable impressed, stating, “Maintaining their position as Northern Ireland’s largest plumbing and heating supplier, the consistent levels of growth shown by Bassetts continues at a relentless pace, with this award marking the fourth time they have been crowned Northern Ireland’s Plumbers’ Merchant of the Year.”
Bassetts has held and maintained it's award-winning status since 2012.
A strong focus and commitment to adapting to the ever-changing needs of customers, has been key to Bassetts’ recent achievements. Catering for every need, ranging from boilers and radiators through to bathrooms, showers, tiles and everything in between, Bassetts currently employs over 140 people with 16 branches in Northern Ireland, including Bangor, Belfast, Clady, Coleraine, Downpatrick, Dungannon, Lisburn, Greencastle, L’Derry, Mallusk, Newry, Portadown, Omagh and newly opened Enniskillen branch.
